Memoranda of Understanding
The National Research Council also signs Memoranda of Understanding with homologous councils of foreign countries with the aim of establishing and developing relations of cooperation, which are often preparatory and preliminary to the signature of bilateral Agreements of scientific cooperation between the two parties.
