Profile

He has been employed by National Research Council of Italy (CNR) since 1992. In 2009, he was appointed General Manager of CN and in May of 2013, he was appointed General Manager of the Italian Space Agency (ASI). In March 2014, he returned to CNR and is now a "senior technologist" at the Institute for the Study of Regionalism, Federalism and Self-Government.
