Expertise

The scientific expertise of ISSiRFA-CNR covers the following disciplinary areas:
public law, constitutional law, administrative law, regional law, local and autonomous entities law, comparative public law, European Union law, public finance, public economics, solidarity economics.

Within these areas the Institute has specific expertise in relation to:

- Legal and constitutional analysis of the institutions of regionalism and federalism;
- Comparison between the regional and federal systems: political constitutional and financial profiles;
- Legal and administrative analysis of the activity of public authorities;
- Qualitative and quantitative analysis of the law and legislation drafting;
- Analysis of constitutional law, administrative and European laws;
- Analysis of the public administrations' budgets (in particular of the local authorities);
- Analysis of issues related to fiscal federalism;
- assessment of gender issue in the legislation;
