Mission
Study and analysis of the physical, chemical and biological processes that determine the functioning and dynamics of agro-ecosystems in the Mediterranean climate, to improve the quality and quantity of productions, to optimize the use of natural resources, and for the valorization of the functions of agricultural and forestry systems. Development and application of research methods and advanced technological innovations for monitoring and predicting impacts and responses of agricultural and forestry ecosystems to anthropic pressures and climate change.
