Abstract
VISTA aims to deliver novel tools and test strategies for efficient gap and flush management and surface quality inspection of the aircraft interior components.
Obiettivi
The objectives of project are orinted to study, to realize and to test following functionalities:
- Multi-sensory platform on a mobile robot for data acquisition
- Data processing modules for: automatic detection of position for gap and flush; automatic detection and characterization of surface quality by analysis of Colour, Texture and Surface defects
- Interface for output (suitable for Augmented Reality): Presentation of results Interaction with the human operator
