Abstract
The project aims to properly address global water and soil challenges by the EU research sector, through an improved collaboration with India by enhancing the opportunities for private sector to deliver appropriate innovations able to propose solutions for local contexts through a reinforced link between research and public institutions.
The project's specific objective is to boost research and innovation collaborations between EU and India in the field of environment, with a main starting focus on technological eco-innovation for the quality control and the decontamination of polluted waters and soils.
This will be achieved by promoting mobility of researchers and innovators, reinforcing thematic partnerships (involving research, private and public sectors) and networking of all stakeholders (researchers, engineers, managers and entrepreneurs) by events and ad-hoc actions.
