Abstract

Human clinical studies (and appropriate translational animal studies): including pediatric populations, mechanisms and consequences of disease: investigations may include: coronary physiology and pharmacology, cardiac eletrophusiology, regional circulations, hemodynamic studies, cardiac mechanics, and genetic considerations in cardiovascular studies. Disease states can include: cardiac or vascular ischemia, hypertension, diabetes, thyroid disease, atherosclerosis, general inflammation or hypercholesterolemia
