Partnerships

IMM collaborates with small and medium-sized enterprises, large industries, prestigious international research institutes, and with many Italian and foreign universities. Particularly effective is the collaboration with STMicroelectronics, Enel Green Power, Leonardo, LPE and various SMEs operating in the Regions where the offices are located. Over the years IMM has set up several joint laboratories, adopting the public-private collaboration system experienced for many years with ST. Furthermore, through the close collaboration with many universities, IMM plays an important role in the training and coordination of the activities of undergraduate and graduate students.
The numerous international collaborations are attested by the European, national and regional research projects in which IMM is involved, in many of them as coordinator.
