Abstract

The project is focused on the synthesis, functionalization and characterization of carbon-based nanomaterial's and their hybrids to obtain novel nanostructures of interest for the development of novel electronics and suitable for many practical applications and devices. The work will be done combining the many tools available in the INSPECT and in other IOM laboratories and facilities, to probe step by step the mechanisms that govern their growth and novel functionality.
