Abstract

By the end of the IONS4SET project, the goal of the preparation of pillars with 10 nm diameter was reached, though issues were still present regarding their exploitation as stand-alone SET devices. IONS4SETpro represents a follow-up to investigate possible evolutions and overcome such issue.
