Abstract

Receive, store and, upon written instruction from GW, re-distribute the GW Materials. In particular, ICB-CNR will:
1.Assign a suitably qualified member of its Personnel to oversee the Services and report to the ICB-CNR Designated Supervisor.
2.Receive, store and, upon written instruction from GW, re-distribute the GW Materials. GW Materials, whether generated by ICB-CNR or received from GW's other collaborators or service providers, will be stored exclusively in a -80oC freezer or in a Dewar (liquid nitrogen) storage vessel provided by GW to ICB-CNR for that purpose (the "Equipment"). Procure liquid nitrogen as required for storage purposes, and any materials necessary for re-distibution that are not provided by the courier company.
3.Record all details of the receipt, specific location and re-distribution of the GW Materials using the Sample Storage Tracker provided by GW.
