Description

"AFLP manager" is a useful tool enabling the standardization of AFLP (Amplified Fragment Length Polymorphism) data management and their integration with other biological data. It is able to simplify the data exchange among different laboratories by means of creation of a centralized repository where AFLP profiles could be deposited, managed, analyzed and shared.
