Dr. Mario Allegra is a senior researcher of the Italian National Research Council (CNR) and he is currently the Director of CNR Institute for Educational Technology (ITD-CNR). His research interests are in the field of educational research and the role of information and communication technologies for improving teaching and learning processes. He is co/author of more than 120 scientific publications both in national and international journals, books and conference proceedings. Mario Allegra promoted and chaired both national and European projects in Technology Enhanced Learning. He organized and participated in many national and international conferences and is member of international research associations and journal editorial boards.
He has acted as expert evaluator of international projects and research institutions.
