SOFIE Project

Sismic tests on a seven-storey building SOFIE has successfully completed in October 23, 2007 at the world's biggest shaking table facility in Miki, near Kobe (Japan), where the seismic conditions of the 1995 earthquake in Kobe in Japan have been simulated. SOFIE - Construction System Fiemme - is a research project on sustainable buildings carried out by the IVALSA with the support of Provincia Autonoma di Trento.
