"Low frequency mutation analysis:The chemokine receptors family case-study in metastatic homing"

Il 12/12/2014 ore 14.30 - 15.30

Sala Conferenze, Area della Ricerca Na1, Cnr, Via P. Castellino, 111 80131 Napoli

Luca Zammataro from the European School of Molecular Medicine in Milan, will address the question of morphological patterns, in Developmental Biology. His interest in modelling cell and tissue organisation has always been oriented in implementation of computational models (cellular automata algorithms, substitution systems or L-systems) defining patterns formation in biological shapes, from a geometrical point of view, nevertheless integrating genomic and proteomic information from experimental data.

Principal projects are:

1) Deep sequencing and GeneChip data analysis, produced by Illumina Technologies

2)  Gene/Molecule network analysis.

3) Identification of tumor driver mutations by meta-analysis of resequencing studies.
