Abstract
The objective of this project is to develop a technology demonstration of one of the solutions proposed in the OB study SPIDVE for improving the performances of Electro Optics (EO) systems in detection/identification.The Project will demonstrate how next generation promising methodologies and technology can be integrated to improve the image quality of current and future EO solutions for being exploited in Degraded Visual Environment (DVE) conditions. The aim is to improve the performance of detection, reconnaissance, identification and tracking of targets in different weather conditions and in several operating environments
