Abstract

This Act of Engagement lays down the terms and conditions of the contractbetween the Provider, as described below, and the Council of Europe forthe provision ofscientific support to the MedSPAD (Mediterranean School Survey for Alcohol and other drugs) project for the period 2020-2021 and the drafting of MedSPAD 2021 Regional report.
