International law and comparative law are increasingly intertwined, but are rarely studied together. The Italian Review of International and Comparative Law (IRIC) not only fills this gap, but also encourages the use of comparative law methodology in the investigation of international law. The Review offers an authoritative forum for debate on all subjects related to public and private international law, comparative law and European law.

The Institute for research on innovation and services for development (Iriss) of the National research council (Cnr) is one of the Institutional partners of IRIC, together with the Italian branch of the International Law Association. The Review is edited open access by Brill.

Prof. Fulvio Maria Palombino (Associate to the Institute) is among the Editors-in-Chiefs, with Prof. Andrea de Guttry and Prof. Giuseppe Martinico, both from Scuola Superiore Sant’Anna, Pisa. Giovanni Carlo Bruno (Senior Researcher of the Institute) is the Book Review Editor.
