Authoritarian regimes and constitutional democracy in the European Court of Human Rights' decisions

The event, organised by the Institute for international legal studies (Cnr-Isgi), titled "Authoritarian regimes and constitutional democracy in the European Court of Human Rights' decisions" will be held on 14 May, both in person and online.

The meeting will discuss the topic "Authoritarian regimes and constitutional democracy in the European Court of Human Rights' decisions" with a feminist approach. The meeting will be introduced by Professor Giuseppe Cataldi, Professor of International Law Department of Social and Human Sciences, University of Napoli L'Orientale, Associate Cnr-Isgi and will see the main speech by Professor Balázs Majtényi, Head of the Department of Human Rights and Politics, Faculty of Social Sciences, Eötvös Loránd University, Budapest, Hungary, Associate Cnr-Isgi.
