The CRESCENDO (Coordinated Research in Earth Systems and Climate: Experiments, kNowledge, Dissemination and Outreach) H2020 Project celebrates this year its 2016 General Assembly between the 27th to 29th Sept 2016 in Rome. Hosted by the Institute of Atmospheric Sciences and Climate (Isac) of the National Research Council (Cnr), the meeting will take place at the Cnr headquarters in Rome. Over 80 scientists and climate experts in Earth system modelling, performance evaluation, future projection analysis, climate impacts, regional downscaling and science communication will meet over three days to discuss their current and past research and advance on future aims and project outcomes as well as the potential contributions that CRESCENDO could make to the upcoming 1.5/2C IPCC Special Report.
