8th European Conference on Mineralogy and Spectroscopy
Dal 09/09/2015 ore 09.00 al 11/09/2015 ore 17.00
Aula Convegni, CNR
Piazzale Aldo Moro 7
00185 Roma, Italy
ECMS 2015 will deal with mineralogy, spectroscopy and related fields of science, with a special focus on the interplay between short-range and long-range information to account for crystalline and amorphous materials physical properties.
The Conference will bring together both theoretically and experimentally oriented scientists, providing them with an opportunity to share ideas and learn from one another.
Scientific sessions will run from September 9 to 11 at the "Aula Convegni", in the headquarters of the National Research Council (CNR).
On September 8 there will be the Icebreaker party at the Museum of Mineralogy, within Sapienza University of Rome, one of the oldest universities in the world (founded in 1303).
On September 12 there will be a field-trip along the “Appia Antica” towards the Alban Hills volcanic complex.
We cordially invite you to participate and mark the dates in your agenda.
