Abstract

ITTIG provides technical-scientific support for the following activities of interest for the Italian Senate:

a) Development of a parser for the automatic recognition of legislative references from normative texts.

b) Automatic semantic alignment of the italian versions of the descriptors of the two legal thesauri represented in SKOS/RDF: Teso, the Thesaurus of the Italian Senate and Eurovoc, the Thesaurus of the European Union.

c) Analysis and proof of concept of web solutions for the editing and amending of legislative bills.

Goals

- Rilascio alla comunità di interesse di una piattaforma opensource di estrazione automatica dei riferimenti legislativi con elevata accuratezza e copertura, manutenibile ed evolvibile nel tempo

- Rilascio di un dataset di allineamento dei descrittori dei thesauri Teseo ed Eurovoc manutenibile a fronte di variazioni in uno dei due thesauri tramite algoritmi di allineamento semantico integrati in una piattaforma web di editing e supervisione manuale

- Rilascio di un componente software opensource di editing ed emendazione di progetti legislativi come proof of concept dell'architettura e delle tecnologie da utilizzare per ulteriore sviluppo in produzione
