Task Force ERC

The Cnr ERC Task Force, set up jointly by the Research Support and Grant Office (USRG) and the Unit for EU Relations (UniRE) in June 2024, aims at fostering the participation to European Research Council (ERC) calls by means of dedicated information and support activities, and to attract talents by promoting the network of Cnr Institutes and research groups as possible hosts for ERC grantees.

The ERC Task Force main tasks are to:

• implement information and awareness initiatives on the opportunities offered by the European Research Council;
• support ERC candidates in the preparation and submission of proposals as well as the management of funded projects in close collaboration with the competent offices of the Cnr central administration;
• develop initiatives aimed at increasing the quality of proposals and success rates in the participation of Cnr researchers to ERC calls through appropriate measures, including meetings and exchange of views/organized discussions with ERC grantees;
• act as an interface between ERC grants’ coordinators and the Cnr central administration for matters related to administrative and financial management of the grant;
• promote support initiatives to attract ERC grantees from other institutions and countries in order to strengthen the scientific leadership of Cnr

The ERC Task Force is composed by:
