The PPI4MED project - in which the Cnr participates with the European and International Relations Unit - is looking for experts or specialized businesses in each of these fields: legal, technical and financial on public procurement and public management. The experts will take part of the PPI4MED capacitation programme as part of the trainers’ team for the PPI4MED innovation procurement course.
Both individuals and companies can submit their information. Then, those selected will be invited to take part first in a 3-day long training workshop in October 2022 in Madrid, to then be able to join the expert team that is in charge of delivering part of the course in innovation procurement to public procurers and companies.
The PPI4MED project aims to transfer the R&D results from National Research Centers (NRCs) in 5 Mediterranean countries to society through Innovation Procurement. To do so, the project hopes to promote a new model of transferring results from NRCs to public buyers, industry, and small and medium enterprises through national and cross-border living labs.
The objective of the training program is to train the representatives of public administrations and companies interested in innovation procurement and PPI4MED model from Italy, Egypt, Jordan, Tunisia and Spain to acquire theoretical and practical knowledge on the Innovation Procurement instrument, in the legal, financial, technical, methodological and procedural fields.

Il progetto PPI4MED - a cui il Cnr partecipa con l'Unità relazioni europee e internazionali - è alla ricerca di esperti o imprese specializzate in ciascuno di questi settori: legale, tecnico e finanziario in materia di appalti pubblici e gestione pubblica. Gli esperti prenderanno parte al programma di "capacitation" di PPI4MED come parte del team di formatori per il corso su Innovation Procurement di PPI4MED.
Sia individui che aziende possono sottoporre la propria domanda. Quindi, i selezionati saranno invitati a prendere parte prima a un seminario di formazione di 3 giorni nell'ottobre 2022 a Madrid, per poi poter entrare a far parte del team di esperti incaricato di erogare parte del corso in Innovation Procurement per i public procurers e le aziende.
Il progetto PPI4MED mira a trasferire i risultati della R&S dai Centri di Ricerca Nazionali in 5 paesi del Mediterraneo, a livello di "società", attraverso l'Innovation Procurement. A tal fine, il progetto spera di promuovere un nuovo modello di trasferimento dei risultati dagli NRC ai public buyers, all'industria e alle piccole e medie imprese attraverso Living Labs nazionali e transfrontalieri.
L'obiettivo del programma di formazione è formare i rappresentanti delle pubbliche amministrazioni e delle imprese interessate all'Innovation Procurement e al modello PPI4MED provenienti da Italia, Egitto, Giordania, Tunisia e Spagna per acquisire conoscenze teoriche e pratiche sullo strumento dell'Innovation Procurement, in ambito legale, finanziario , tecnico, metodologico e procedurale.
