Plant biotechnology for the production of natural molecules of interest in agro-food and pharmaceutical industry: plant cell and tissue cultures on different scales, from flask to bioreactor. Selection of cell lines with high content of metabolites of interest. Plant and microbial fermentation. Biochemical characterization of plant molecules, particularly antioxidants (vitamin E), and antimalarials (artemisinin).
