3) MOVPE Growth and characterization of high-band semiconductor oxides - Ga2O3.

4) Modelization of semiconductor nanostructures (electrical properties, quantum energy systems, optical properties, strain conditions,...)

5) Design, growth and PL/AFM study of semiconductor quantum dots (QDs) suitable as single photon sources for applications in quantum computing and quantum cryptography.
