NETTAB 2015 & Integrative Bioinformatics 2015 Joint Symposium

Dal 14/10/2015 ore 09.00 al 16/10/2015 ore 14.00

Hotel Pineta, Ruvo di Puglia (BA), Italy

This event will provide an excellent environment and a range of opportunities to present and discuss methods, theoretical approaches, algorithms, tools, platforms, practical applications and experiences in a wide range of bioinformatics research topics oriented to analysis of omics data, network tools, standards for data integration and efficient methods for interoperable web systems.

More details on conference topics at: http://www.igst.it/nettab/2015/submissions/topics/.

Join us by submitting your work. Submissions are welcome for oral communications, for posters and for softare demo. For oral communications, both full papers and structured abstracts can be submitted.

Deadlines:

  • Full papers for JIB: May 30, 2015
  • Abstracts for oral communications: July 7, 2015
  • Abstracts for posters: September 7, 2015
  • Abstracts for software demo: September 7, 2015
  • Abstracts for late posters: October 1, 2015

Accepted full papers on Integrative Bioinformatics topics will appear in a special issue of  Journal of Integrative Bioinformatics: http://journal.imbio.de/ (PubMed indexed).

Authors of all abstracts presented will be invited to a post-conference Call for full papers submission. Best scientific contributions will be published in a Supplement or Special Issue in an International journal with Impact Factor. Papers published in the JIB won’t be taken into account.

“Two-Day Hands-on Tutorial”

We also offer participants the opportunity to attend a “Two-Day Hands-on Tutorial”, hosted by the Department of Computer Science of the University of Bari, on cutting-edge methods and approaches to key issues in bioinformatics analysis of omics data. Tutorials will be held in parallel sessions on October 12-13, 2015: http://www.igst.it/nettab/2015/programme/tutorials/
