The Strategic Projects are the result of CNR internal ability of choice of intervention; they are characterized by flexibility and planning speed. Some Projects also bring forward the start of a Targeted Project or act as a support between the conclusion of a Targeted Project and its continuation. Others have also international roots, with reference to activities adopted at European and non-European level.
The Strategic Projects don't involve any notification; they are directly presented by researchers, who propose a general program divided into guidelines, objects and resources. This way, the proposed Strategic Projects are assessed in order to obtain sources of finance.
