Cette recherche vise \u00E0 \u00E9tudier les modifications induites par le GRSPaV sur les caract\u00E9ristiques physiologiques et agronomiques du cv Bosco (Vitis vinifera L.), c\u00E9page italien \u00E0 raisin blanc. Nous avons compar\u00E9 le comportement au vignoble de deux lignes d'un m\u00EAme clone de Bosco, greff\u00E9 sur 1103 P , mais l'une avec et l'autre sans GRSPaV. Au cours de trois ann\u00E9es cons\u00E9cutives (2010-12), nous avons d\u00E9termin\u00E9 les donn\u00E9es biom\u00E9triques de la grappe et du grain, le comportement agronomique et la composition du mo\u00FBt, \u00E0 la vendange. De m\u00EAme les param\u00E8tres physiologiques principaux de la vigne, c'est-\u00E0-dire le taux de photosynth\u00E8se, le taux de transpiration, la conductance stomatique, la concentration de CO2 sous-stomatique et la teneur en chlorophylle des feuilles ont \u00E9t\u00E9 mesur\u00E9s en diff\u00E9rentes p\u00E9riodes au cours de 2010 et 2011. La pr\u00E9sence du virus a caus\u00E9 une diminution mod\u00E9r\u00E9e de l'efficience physiologique et de la teneur en solides solubles ainsi qu'une plus forte acidit\u00E9 du mo\u00FBt. L'effet le plus \u00E9vident de l'infection virale, quand m\u00EAme, \u00E9tait exerc\u00E9 sur les caract\u00E9ristiques biom\u00E9triques des baies, carr\u00E9ment r\u00E9duites. We investigated changes induced by GRSPaV on agronomic and physiological performances of V. vinifera cv. Bosco, an Italian white-grape variety. We compared the behaviour in the field of two lines, grafted onto 1103 P rootstock, of the same clone of Bosco, one GRSPaV-infected and one GRSPaV-free. In three consecutive years (2010-2012), bunch and berry biometric data, agronomic performances and juice composition were assessed at the harvest time. Likewise, the main physiological parameters, i.e. photosynthetic rate, transpiration rate, stomatal conductance, sub-stomatal CO2 concentration and leaf chlorophyll content of vines were measured in different dates during 2010 and 2011. The presence of the virus caused a moderate decrease of physiological efficiency and of juice soluble solids content as well as an increase of juice acidity. The most evident effect of the virus infection, however, was exerted on the biometric characteristics of berries which all resulted clearly reduced.
