Their degradation profile should allow cell differentiation, new tissue ingrowth and then permit the remodelling of this tissue through a gradual transmission of the load to cells, to activate the physiological mechano-transduction mechanism which is important for many tissues. In order to satisfy all the complex requirements, composites technology can be implemented to design an appropriate scaffolds for bone, tendon, ligament. Ester of Hyaluronic acid reinforced with degradable fibres were processed by filament winding technology, phase inversion and salt leaching technique to obtain scaffolds for tendon, ligament and meniscus reconstruction.\nFor bone tissue reconstruction, composite scaffolds made of Poly(\u0083\u00D5\u0083{caprolactone) and Hydroxyapatite were obtained by phase inversion and salt leaching technique. \nInjectable gel-like scaffolds were prepared to replicate the structure and the functions of the extracellular matrix, by forming a semi-Interpenetrated Polymer Network (s-IPN) between Collagen type I and Hyaluronic Acid (HL). \nThe morphological, rheological and the effect of gel scaffold\u00A1\u00A6s physical parameters on cell proliferation within 3D gel matrices have been investigated.\n"^^xsd:string ; pubblicazioni:affiliazioni "Università di Napoli Federico II"^^xsd:string ; pubblicazioni:titolo "Composite scaffolds for skeletal tissue engineering"^^xsd:string ; prodottidellaricerca:prodottoDi istituto:CDS051 , modulo:ID4156 ; pubblicazioni:autoreCNR unitaDiPersonaleInterno:MATRICOLA1494 , unitaDiPersonaleInterno:MATRICOLA9285 , unitaDiPersonaleInterno:MATRICOLA8880 . @prefix parolechiave: . prodotto:ID113542 parolechiave:insiemeDiParoleChiave . parolechiave:insiemeDiParoleChiaveDi prodotto:ID113542 .
